WAKAME CRUSTED BAVETTE STEAK WITH SESAME

1combine honey with miiso paste and rub over the bavette
2blitz the sesame and wakame, combine and spinkle over the bavette ( Can cut the steak in to cubes and skewer them or leave them whole)
3in a hot oiled pan, sear bavette steak until caramalised and desire cooking stage has been reached.
4allow to rest slice and serve, if skewed turn both ways till cooked
be careful not to have the pan too hot or the marinade will burn
